I was born and raised in a small mountain village, where roots run deep and the community is the beating heart of daily life. Here, I learned the value of tradition, sharing, and authenticity. Every corner of the Piedmontese valleys tells an ancient story of time-honored gestures, flavors that withstand the passage of time, and people living in symbiosis with the land. These roots are the foundation of my work: narrating and promoting everything that makes this territory unique.

Who I am
Tradition
Storytelling
Words hold extraordinary power: they can move, transport, and bring stories back to life. Storytelling is the common thread of my work, the medium through which I give a voice to landscapes, people, and cultures. Telling a story is not just an art, but a responsibility: it means preserving and passing on the value of a place and its traditions, making every narrative a bridge between past, present, and future.
Visual
Images are a universal language, and they have always held a great fascination for me. This is why I deepened my studies with a degree in Video Making and subsequently in New Technologies of Art, specializing in social media. Working in the digital realm allows me to transform places and emotions into tangible visions, making every detail visible and every story shareable. Through photography, video, and visual content, I strive to bring out the beauty of the Piedmontese valleys in all their authenticity.
Music
Music is the breath of my creativity. I sing folk and traditional music, giving voice to sounds that tell the stories of lands and cultures. I write my own songs in Italian and Occitan—an ancient language that has echoed through my mountains for centuries, alongside Piedmontese. Music, much like storytelling, is a bridge between past and present, a powerful medium for conveying emotions and stories with a rhythm that lingers in the heart.
Writing
I write to narrate, to move, and to preserve and share deep emotions. My words take shape in poems and song lyrics—small fragments of life that speak of nature, roots, and visions. I love reading poetry as much as I love writing it. Writing is my space of freedom, the place where thoughts take form and emotions become words capable of leaving a mark.
Nature
Nature is my primordial bond and an inexhaustible source of inspiration. Everything starts there: the land, the mountains, the woods. It is here that I rediscover my most authentic self. I practice various outdoor sports (trekking, climbing, biking), and I am a mindfulness facilitator, a Pranayama teacher, and a student of Forest Bathing (forest therapy). I constantly deepen the 360-degree connection between nature and well-being—a relationship I find essential for inner balance. The mountains, in particular, are my ideal dimension: a place of energy and inspiration, where the strength of the earth meets the freedom of the sky.
Culture
I have always felt a strong connection to world cultures. Traveling, exploring, and learning new languages have been the driving force behind my education. I attended a linguistic high school, which allowed me to see cultural diversity not just as an inspiration, but as a heritage to be preserved. Because I love all cultures, I am particularly passionate about sharing my own: the Piedmontese culture, with its deep roots and constant evolution.
Experience
Digital tools, when used mindfully, allow for professional and effective communication. My work experience has led me to develop a strategic vision for online communication, which I use to promote territories, projects, and people. Currently, I am a lecturer, consultant, and trainer in digital communication, digital storytelling, podcasting, and social media marketing—putting my skills at the service of those who wish to tell their story in the digital world.
Slow Living
For me, slow living means giving value to time, rediscovering the beauty of simple things, and reconnecting with the essence of our surroundings. In a world that moves fast, slowness becomes an act of mindfulness—a return to one’s roots and to the depth of experience. Nature, tradition, and authenticity are part of this slow life, which guides me in narrating and sharing the value of the territory with those who wish to rediscover the pleasure of true connection: with themselves, with culture, and with the land.
Authenticity
I believe that true beauty lies in authenticity—in what is born from the harmonious encounter between tradition and innovation. It is in the dialogue between roots and the future that a solid present takes shape, capable of narrating with sincerity, depth, and passion who we are and where we are going.
Authenticity is not just a value; it is a way of living and perceiving the world. It is found in the genuineness of a story, in the sincerity of a gesture, and in the ability to preserve the soul of things as they evolve. I believe that every story, every landscape, and every culture has a beating heart that deserves to be explored and shared, with respect and a desire to be a part of it.
